By operating at both hot and cold temperatures simultaneously, we ensure the perfect fusion of materials, which leads to a highly consistent structure and finish in every sink.
The hot molding phase allows the acrylic resin to blend seamlessly with up to 80% natural quartz powder, creating a uniform, dense mixture that enhances the sink's durability and structural integrity. The cold molding phase, on the other hand, rapidly cools and solidifies the material, locking in its strength and ensuring a smooth, flawless surface finish.
